Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev threw a temper tantrum when denied entry into XXX by U.S. officials citing security concerns. In a speech in Los Angeles Khrushchev thundered "I ask, why not? Do you have rocket launching pads there? Is there an epidemic of cholera? Have gangsters taken over the place?"
